4 Rivers Camp stands on the banks of the Tsum Tsum River in the western part of the Kwara Private Concession, an area the operator states no other camp has access to. That exclusivity, rather than the camp itself, is the reason to consider it: the same 175,000-hectare concession, but a quarter of it worked by one small camp.

How we checked this listing
Suite counts, the exclusive western access, concession size and flight times come from the Kwando Safaris operator page for this camp. We have not stayed here.
Exclusive access is a claim worth testing
Plenty of camps describe their area as untouched. The specific claim here is narrower and more checkable: no other camp accesses the western Kwara. If that holds, the practical effect is that you will not meet another operator vehicle at a sighting — which for photographers is often worth more than any amount of camp comfort.
A permanent river in a seasonal system
The Tsum Tsum holds water when much of the surrounding floodplain does not, creating what the operator calls a mini-delta around Maboa Island. In practice that means the game concentrates predictably in the dry months rather than dispersing, and the camp can run mokoro seasonally alongside the drives.
Booking this property
4 Rivers Camp sells through the operator and through safari agents rather than as a nightly-rate hotel room.
Book or compare
We have not been able to confirm a property-level booking route for 4 Rivers Camp. Rather than send you to a property that is not this one, the availability button compares stays across the Okavango Delta. It does not claim to open this property.
We publish no rate here. Prices move with season, occupancy and cancellation terms, and a figure copied once is a figure that goes stale.
Botswana Travel Guide may earn a commission when you book through selected links, at no additional cost to you. It does not change what we list or what we say about it.
What we publish, and what we do not
We publish no nightly rate, no live availability, no star rating and no review score of our own. Those move with season and occupancy, and a figure copied once is a figure that goes stale. What we publish is what the property is, where it sits, who it suits and how you reach it.
