Dqae Qare San Lodge is a game farm just outside Ghanzi that is owned and run by the San of D’Kar as a community enterprise. That is the reason to stay rather than an incidental detail: the guiding, the craft work and the bush walks are led by San guides, and the revenue goes back to the community.

Rooms
The official register records sixteen rooms and thirty-two beds. The campsite, three hundred metres from the main lodge, has ten individual pitches with traditional San windbreaks, individual fire pits and deep shade from mature camelthorn trees. We do not publish rates.
