Muchenje Campsite and Cottages is a self-catering establishment at Muchenje village in the Chobe Enclave, on the western side of the Chobe riverfront well beyond Kasane. The enclave is the quiet end of Chobe: the communal villages of Kavimba, Muchenje, Satau and Parakarungu sit between the river and the park boundary, and self-drive travellers use them to reach the Ngoma gate and the western floodplains without going back through Kasane.
