Where Kukama Bush Camp sits
Kukama Bush Camp stands on Farm NK 150 outside Ghanzi, the main town of western Botswana and the principal stop on the Trans-Kalahari corridor between Gaborone and the Namibian border at Mamuno. Ghanzi is roughly the midpoint of the Trans-Kalahari Highway. Travellers heading west into Namibia or east toward Gaborone generally need a night here, and the town is the jumping-off point for the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and the San cultural projects around D’Kar.
