Mbiroba Camp is at Seronga, a small village at the northern end of the Okavango Delta, and it is owned by the Okavango Poler’s Trust. That ownership is the point of it: the mokoro polers who run the trails from this side of the Delta own the camp their guests sleep in.

Five two-storey chalets with bathrooms, outdoor showers, solar water heating and solar lighting. The campsite has ablutions, gas-heated water and a laundry, and tents, sleeping bags and mattresses can be hired at the camp. We do not publish rates.

Location and access
At Seronga on the northern side of the panhandle. Seronga is reached by the ferry across the Okavango or by the long road round through Gumare and Etsha; it is not a place you pass through by accident.
